We had a beautiful golden week in here in Japan. That is consecutive holidays! yes! no work!
This is what we did, day one, we walked around the market and got 2 little gold fish for Leigh as a her pet. Let's hope they have long life because the last time we had them, they didn't live too long.On the second day, we went on a picnic. Having lunch box under the tree is always so very nice and a nap afterwards :)
On the third day, we took Leigh to watch Cinderella at the cinema. It was actually quite good.I was amused to see K tear up a little when Cinderella was all beaten up from her tragedy.
Oh well, I teared up too hehe. Leigh was mesmerized during the magical moments and the dancing scenes but otherwise I think she prefers the animation version.
On the fourth day, I went out for lunch with a friend and K and Leigh went for a swim.
That was nice for a change.
On the fifth day, we packed our tent and went to the river and had a BBQ lunch and played cards in the tent :)
The end of Golden Week. It was golden indeed.

awesome week. May 1st was also holiday here but I was so tired (menopause) and lethargic and hence depressed, procrastinating big time on a project...Can't believe I have missed out on so many posts.
Another way to put it (my version) I just posted a lot! haha.
