Pita bread sandwich

Okay, this was not an easy job and I made so much adjustments in the midst of making the dough, I don't think I can do this again.
Pita bread was slightly harder than I expected but the teriyaki chicken sort of saved the day.
The green leaves are grown form my verandah :)
Yes I packed them for Leigh's lunch when I made them of course.

The greens are from my verandah and the rest are home made teriyaki chicken and red peppers. It was extra nice to sprinkle a few drops if Tabasco over it :)
