pesto


The recipe is from a fellow blogger and it just came out beautifully, thank you soulflower! (not sure if I am allowed to link you so I didn't)
I used it on fish, pasta you name it :)
I should make a huge batch and freeze it next time.
Just add lots of olive oil, big bunch of basil, couple of cloves of garlic, salt and pepper, toasted pistachio, and I used some non color changing mexican avocado and just mixed them in a mixer and even heated a little. (I hope I didn't forget anything)

oh i am so glad you liked it!!! it looks delicious. i always try to have some because it is delicious on toast too although i know you guys are eating bread. you can always link whatever to me!! and i did think of you when i posted it because it is dairy and gluten free!!

yay for pesto! it's my favorite thing to put in pasta and bread. looks really nice to- your homemade pesto. i've noted miss soulflower's recipe. i should give it a go sometime. i've heard it's not too difficult, right? :)
