School stay over trip

Yes, you can tell from the title.
That's where Leigh went this morning. It's a stay over for all kids with special needs in the city we live in.
We went through her rucksac over and over last night, we divided things to use into different ziplocs for different activities (shower bag, night bag, morning bag... you can tell by now how we did it) and went over and over how she would be using them.
Leigh bubbled up in excitement and couldn't fall asleep so well.
But bolted up in the morning when I told her it's time.

With a huge grin we dropped her off at the meet point where 3 big buses were waiting for teachers and kids to get on.
Leigh has been totally cool about it all. Has she grown up so much that she takes all this in like a big girl? or... is she not really comprehending what is happening?
We waved till my arm hurt and I teared up a little seeing the bus leave.
Have a swell time dear, after all it is a fun trip :)
