Made these for Leigh's light snack. She has to go to Kumon tonight (yes tonight?! what is wrong with this world?) so dinner will be early ... which means snack has to be light.
No baking required, just melt chocolate in a silicon cup, drop a dollop of peanut butter and seal with more melted chocolate and sprinkle maple sugar and decorate with a salted peanut :)
